Individuals with OCD may repeatedly count, check, or clean things to make their anxiety-inducing, intrusive thoughts go away, but these behaviours provide only temporary relief.

We tailor your recovery with evidence-based treatments that meet your unique needs. You’ll partake in one-on-one and group counselling, intensive exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, physical exercise, and art therapy to heal your mind, body, and soul.

How To Succeed at Our OCD Treatment Centre

Lasting success begins in treatment. Your recovery will be rooted in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), which is considered the gold standard for OCD therapy. Every aspect of our programs – from the evidence-based approach and immersive community, to the one-on-one and group counselling – is carefully selected to support your success.

As you receive help, so does your family. We equip them with the skills they need to support you throughout your recovery journey through our robust family programming.

Upon completing inpatient treatment, you can partake in the Day Treatment Program as a transitional phase before full discharge. Through our partnership with Sunnybrook, we also offer peer support and other specialized outpatient groups.
