Sabrina holds a Master of Counselling Psychology and Art Therapy from Adler University and is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She works with young and older adults in the field of mental health and addictions. Sabrina is collaborative and creative in her approaches to addressing mental health needs and concerns, integrating art-making and metaphors into the discussions to increase the accessibility of debilitating mental health issues. She believes that creativity is innately a part of every individual and works with them to develop visual language to build safety in addressing their emotions, behaviours, and thoughts.
