In May 2013, Judy was nominated for the Nurse of The Year Award. She began a leadership role in June 2013 as the Clinical Educator for the Renal Department at Trillium Health Partners’ Credit Valley Site. In March 2016, Judy spearheaded the launch of Online Priming in Hemodialysis and received an Honourable Mention for The Advance Patient Safety Award in October 2016. She played a key role in initiating the Wound Care Clinic in Ambulatory Care at Credit Valley Hospital. Judy transitioned to the Medicine Program in April 2017, serving as the Clinical Educator for patient care areas 2B & 2C Medicine.

In March 2021, Judy joined EHN Canada as the Nurse Manager. She led the EHN Bellwood Toronto Annual Pharmacy Accreditation in both 2021 and 2023.
