Reza Satchu

Board member; Managing Partner, Alignvest Management Corporation

Reza Satchu is a Managing Partner and Founder of Alignvest Management Corporation. Mr. Satchu has co-founded, built, and/or managed several operating businesses from inception including: Alignvest Management Corporation; SupplierMarket; StorageNow; and KGS-Alpha Capital Markets L.P.  Previously, Mr. Satchu was a General Partner at Fenway Partners, and a Financial Analyst at Merrill Lynch in the High Yield Finance and Restructuring Group. Mr. Satchu is on the board of directors of Alignvest Acquisition II Corporation and previously served on the Boards of KGS-Alpha Capital Markets and the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children Foundation where he was Vice-Chairman of the Board. He is currently a member of the Advisory Board of the Arthur Rock Center for Entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School and he is the Founding Chairman of Next Canada. Mr. Satchu has a bachelor’s degree in economics from McGill University and a MBA from Harvard University.
