We can all feel down from time to time, but is what you’re feeling a sign of depression? And when does casual drinking turn into a concerning addiction?

It isn’t always easy to discern between sadness and depression, fear and anxiety, or habit and addiction. Take our free, 6-minute test to help identify signs and symptoms of depression, anxiety or substance abuse – and which type of support is right for you.

There are many signs that you may be struggling with depression or addiction and it is time to seek treatment. If you’re often asking yourself, “Do I have depression or am I just sad?” or “Is this a habit or an addiction?” you can use our quick depression and addiction assessment quiz to find out. And please remember, this is an online depression and screener assessment to help you recognize the severity of your struggles and does not serve as a diagnosis for a mental illness or substance addiction. For a formal diagnosis, please consult a medical professional.

If you are struggling with depression or addiction, an Intensive Outpatient Program might be right for you.

Once you complete our depression and addiction screener and the results suggest you are, in fact, struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety or addiction, we can help you find the help you need to support you along your journey to recovery.

Our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) for mental health, addiction, or trauma are virtual treatment programs that can help you reach your recovery goals from the comfort of home – without having to take time away from your family or career. You will get eight weeks of virtual group and individual therapy, followed by 10 months of Aftercare to help you stay on track, and you gain access to our accompanying mental health and addiction app to help monitor your progress.

What IOP is right for you?

Not every mental health condition requires the same type of treatment. By completing our quick screener, we can help determine what treatment option is right for you. This assessment will help you determine whether you are a good fit for our Depression and Anxiety program. If your test results indicate a dependence on drugs or alcohol, our abstinence-based Substance Use Disorder program might be a better fit for you.

How much does an IOP cost?

At less than $50/hr, EHN Online’s virtual intensive outpatient programs are roughly 1/3 of the cost of most individual therapy sessions.

If you enroll but do not complete the program, a non-refundable administration fee of 10% plus applicable taxes will be charged to the payer in addition to charges for all sessions attended and missed up to the date of withdrawal from the program.

What do you do next?

After completing our combination of a depression screener, and anxiety screener, you will be given the opportunity to move onto an addiction screener. You will then be directed towards the program that best suits your needs. If you decide you would like to enroll in one of our IOPs, you can complete intake forms and payment arrangements. Soon afterwards, we will reach out with additional details and arrange a date to begin your treatment program.

If at any time you would like assistance in the enrollment process, or have further questions about our program offerings before enrolling, you can always give our admissions coordinators a call at Error: Phone number not found.
