Binge Eating Disorder Treatment

At WaterStone, our treatment for Binge Eating Disorder focuses on decreasing binge eating behaviours by normalizing eating and identifying the concurrent emotional issues that lie beneath the surface. Based on the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program “Overcoming Binge Eating,” WaterStone Clinic offers BED treatment in both a group and individual format. It is important to remember that our BED treatment is not a weight loss program.
