We take a compassionate approach that utilizes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) techniques to treat anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder. With outpatient treatment and a concurrent addiction program, Waterstone offers ongoing, tailor-made plans for each and every client, as they navigate their journey to recovery.
As part of EHN, it is Waterstone’s job to put all our patients on their own journeys to recovery and our treatment options reflect individual needs. Some patients require more time, while others take less – and our approach reflects this. Continuum of care is key. At Waterstone, we aren’t here for you for a week, a month, or a year. Once you enter, you have a guide, on the journey to recovery.
Waterstone supports and inspires those affected by eating disorders. The space provides a customized teaching kitchen and dining table, a peaceful quiet room and a lounge where patients can connect and recharge. It is a unique blend of therapeutic approaches, skill development and life coaching under one roof. With group therapy, meal support, expressive therapy, yoga, and nutritional coaching, we focus on a return to normalized eating and weight stabilization.
We understand the myriad issues behind eating-related disorders better than anyone, and we know how difficult and complex it can be to treat them. This is why we strive to provide the best treatment in the country – day in, and day out. We are constantly at your side, across the continuum of the experience. You are at the right place, and you will be taken care of. For as long as it takes.
